DIRECTIONS

Fruit Portion
1 can ( 4 ounces/125 grams) fruit
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon agar agar powder
150 cc( 1/2 cup) water

Azuki Portion
200 grams(8 ounces) cooked and sweetened adzuki beans
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon agar agar powder
150 cc( 1/2 cup) water

DIRECTIONS
Dump fruits into a rectangular mold. Add water and agar agar into saucepan. Mix until agar agar has dissolved. Turn heat on and add sugar, cooking for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Bring to boil. Turn heat off and give it one last mix around. Pour this mixture over the fruits. Keep in cool place and set aside while we work on the next layer. Combine water and agar agar in saucepan. Mix well until dissolved. Add sugar and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally. Bring to boil and turn off heat. Mix thoroughly. Add azuki beans and mix to incorporate. Check that the fruit layer is slightly firm before pouring on the azuki mixture. Pour the azuki mixture over the fruit layer. Cover with plastic wrap on top, making sure it’s touching the surface of the agar agar. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Take plastic film off and put flip onto a plate. Cut into slices and enjoy!

<材料>
(フルーツ部分)
・缶詰フルーツ125g
・砂糖 大さじ3
・粉寒天 小さじ1程度(製品の指示で200cc程度固められる量)
・水 150cc
(小豆部分)
・茹で小豆(砂糖入り) 200g
・砂糖 大さじ2
・粉寒天 小さじ1程度(製品の指示で200cc程度固められる量)
・水 150cc

粉寒天の必要量は、製品によって異なりますので、お買い求めの製品の説明に従ってください。

<作り方>
(フルーツ)
・型にフルーツを流し入れ、平らにします
・鍋に粉寒天と水を入れ煮立たせよくとかします
・砂糖を入れてとかします
・フルーツの上から流しかけます
(小豆)
・鍋に粉寒天と水を入れ煮立たせます
・砂糖を入れてとかします
・小豆を入れて全体をよく馴染ませます
・とろみが付くまでさまします
・フルーツゼリーの上から流し入れます。フルーツ側が少し固まり
 かけた時に入れるのがポイントです。
